A well known bar in Blackfriars St has decided to change course after offering regular customers a water park themed smoking area.

Black Bo’s of Blackfriars St created a 540,000 gallon sea park out of their beer garden at the start of July and flew over a killer whale called Binkie and it’s two dolphin friends Hubert and Rita to perform in what was billed as ‘Probably your only

chance to see a killer whale in a beer garden.” However after July’s disappointing weather and heavy rain the beer garden, ironically, flooded so Binkie Rita and Hubert have been flown back to Miami.

The Bar, which also boasts a vegetarian restaurant and Albi’s secret snooker dungeon, then made the decision to have the beer garden pumped dry. Unfortunately this phase was done too effectively turning the garden into a desert. The only solution for the team has been to turn the smoking area into a Bedouin style tented village.

Landlord and Prince look-alike Albert Smith told Weekly reporters “To have a killer whale performing on the Sunday then a nomadic Bedouin style desert community by the Wednesday is quite remarkable – if you read it in a newspaper you wouldn’t believe it. Our Phone number is 0131 557 6136 and the bar is open late every night of the Festival. Which side do you think I should part my hair?”

"An excited Albert Smith, yesterday."
